I know heating the balls is bad for the sperm but is it also lowering testo?

Testosterone isn’t produced solely in the testis though. It’s also not really even the primary androgen in humans. A quirk of hormone metabolism in skeletal muscle is why people have focused on testosterone and not DHT or its metabolites.

If it’s not good for the testis, and you know that, why worry specifically about testosterone anyway?
