After coming up to bit an of Plataea and a stage where my member has been turtling all the time I’ve decided to take a break! It’s worth pointing out my routine hasn’t been intense in volume, perhaps I’m being too intense without meaning to. I’m a big heavy handed guy that doesn’t know his own strength at times.

I’ve been reading lots of threads on here, a little obsessively I might add. And, two things that have caught my attention are the speed of gains people are making when they keep their penis engorged all day (all day cock rings & wraps) and also the rate of gains a few of the members are making with far less intense routines consisting of regular stretches spread out through the day. Hunglikeagerbil has made very impressive gains doing 4 x 1 min fulcrum stretches through the day - without heat.

So during this break, I missed my flaccid hang after weeks of turtling so decided to see what happened if I kept my penis gently engorged through manuals. I’ve been doing 4 very slow jelqs around 3 to 4 times a day and to my surprise he’s been engorged pretty much all of the day.

I’m going to see how it affects my EQ, I’m doubtful this is creating enough damage to incur growth but I’ll play it out for a while to see what effect it has on me as I’m getting great PI’s, I often always see that it’s the engorgement that signals positive PI’s for growth.

If any veterans want to weigh in this, it’d be much appreciated.

I’ve been taking a short break to see if a few aches will go away. I was using a modified version of erosets vein oil (topical vasodialator kinda) for about three weeks straight at that point. I though it was a good time for a break from that as well.

Well my penis definitely turtled easier, especially after exercise/caffeine combo. Almost uncomfortable turtling. I ended up using a bit of the oil just to alleviate the shrinkage. I still am going to break from PE and oil for a few more days. I think penis recovery is slow.

I’ve thought about what you are saying. Just enough to get a plumpness going and stave off turtling.

Because It’s when I start to include stretching into my routine that I begin to get EQ problems and turtling starts to happen.. And it s not like I’m doing more than a few minutes of stretching! It just kills my dick it would seem.

I will do, I don’t think I’ve discovered some ground breaking PE routine I’m just surprised how big my flaccid is at the moment with such a light routine. If the positive PI’s persist I’ll begin to take measurements to see if the engorgement is promoting growth!
