Heavy Hanging With 10 Kg. Any Advice?
I use the shopping bag hanger method because I don’t have the means to own an extender/ hanger. I load my bag up with 10 kg and hang for 2 minutes before I switch hands. I do this for 20 minutes. My warm ups are 50 reps of S2S.
I know heavy hanging isn’t recommended, but I don’t have much free time as I’m really busy. I can see some gains but I’m yet to measure.
