Hello, a noob here:

Hey, was-up everyone, I am new guy here!

Current size: 6.25”x5.5”

“Short Term Goal size” : 7.0”x5.75|

Long Term Goal size: 8.0”x6.5”

I decided to stick to newbie routine

5 min hot wrap
5 min manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
10 min of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
5 min hot wrap
50 kegels of five second holds each

Anyone else have any suggestions to make, such as pumping and using weights or is it too early?

Thanks!

Traxx

Just stick with the newbie workout for a while, and let us know how it goes!

After a couple of months if you decide to switch to different exercises, be sure to keep working on the kegels.

Welcome aboard!

I too am also fairly new, and i was wondering when doing a newbie routine, do we need a rest period of a few days. How often should we rest and give it a break?

It tells you about the recommended days on/off in the newbie thread.

How to use the search button for best results. If you actually USE the search button, this is worth a read

Traxx,

You have a good starting size, and your goals are attainable. You need to stick with the newibe routine for at least 3 months. After three months, evaluate your PE career. If you are still getting pretty good gains, don’t change anything. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it! If you aren’t really getting gains from the newbie routine after three months, then we can talk about switching it up to better suit you.

Infamous,

There isn’t any for sure way when it comes to rest days. There are many different theories out there. I think you should follow the same advice I just gave Traxx. When you up your routine, it is a good idea to have an intense day separated by a light day (alternating). You also want 1 sometimes 2 days a week of complete rest. Complete rest means NO PE!!!!

welcome to Thunderspalce Traxx!

You kow your newbie routine is real good! Be honest with it as long as you can :D

Infamous24x7, XL is right. OK, I recommend 2 on 1 off :D

7 x 6 EG is perfect!

Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)

Your planned routine looks good. You should probably start doing it 3-5 times per week and increase the frequency after awhile if you feel the need. I wouldn’t recommend doing more than 6 days per week although some still do it. You should probably add to the number of reps over the coming 3-4 months. Do not progress to anything more advanced until BOTH at least 3 months have passed and your gains have slowed to a halt. I think that many people do not gain as much as they could have because they move to the advanced routines too early. Thus, they do not fully reap the rewards from the lighter workouts and the intense hanging, squeezing, and clamping condition to tissues to take a lot more abuse, which makes gains harder.
