I am so happy I found this site, I find all the posts on this site so interesting to read. You guys have really boiled penis enlargement down to a science, wow!

WHY, for me?
I have been PEing for about 2 months now, and I have see some impressive gains. I was actually completely satisfied with my penis size before I started. I’m actualy doing PE to try to convince an older family member to also start doing PE, because he has some serious body dimorphic issues (with his penis size). Hopefully if I hit my goal of 8x6, he will get on the bandwagon and enjoy some gains like we all do her at Thunder’s Place! And why not havea huge cock to fuck botches with, and have them remember, for the rest of their lives, how you tore apart their pussy?

PERSONAL INFO
I’m 5’10" and I weigh 189 lbs. I am of Armenian heritage too.

RESULT
I started out October 1, 2011 at 6.5 NBPEL, with MSEG of 5.5 and BaseEG of 5.8. Now (12-7-2011) I am 7.0 NBPEL or 7.2 BPEL and 5.6 MSEG and 6.0 BEG. My EQ is also awesome, and thanks for the people who posted some Premature ejaculation posts.. I’m new to sex (I LOVE COLLEGE!) and I don’t have premature ejaculation, but whoever told me to BREATH DEEPLY AND STEADILY and do kegels has made my sex life so much better; I have so much more stamina than before, it’s ridiculous.

My routine has been as follows:
WET JELQING

  • 3-5 minute warm up in hot shower (with the water falling in the general vicinity of my penis)
  • 5-7 minutes of wet jelqs @ ~60% erection (with 3 second strokes)
  • 2-3 minute addition warm up in shower (also brings my erection level down)
  • 5-7 additional minutes of wet jelqs @ ~60% erection (with 3 second strokes)
  • 3-5 break while I dry off

MANUAL STRETCHES
  • 10-12 minutes of stretching
  • 30 second holds on 5 way stretches (down, up, left, right, out)
  • 30 second holds on additional stretches (V, inverted V, BTC hold)

OTHER STUFF
  • 1-2 Uli’s at the end for head size increases
  • Whenever I go to the bathroom, I stretch my penis out for about 20 seconds
  • Kegel exercises until I get tired or bored, whenever I remember :p

SUPPLEMENTS(with vitaminshoppe.com links)
  • 1 capsule daily DIM supplement to reduce natural estrogen priduction
  • 2 capsules daily before I go to bed (which is usually when I do my PE) L-Arginine-Ornithine
  • Generic Magnesium with vitamin B-6 (from whole foods)
  • Generic Zinc chelate (from whole foods)
  • I also take 100mg of Strattera daily, I don’t know if that matters, but what if it’s a secret penis enlargement compound that we don’t know about yet? ;)

And now for my question:

Will doing PE at my tender age of 19 (and continuing it until I reach my goal) help me cement my gains more. Basically, will my younger age help cement my gains as I get older?

Hey armoman! I am glad to hear about your attitude and gains. With your approach, you should be able to reach your goal. But in what time, and will it be cemented, it’s hard to say. PE isn’t an exact science, it’s more of an ongoing experiment. A lot of members report a small amount of gains lost after stopping active PE, but the good news is that most of them report no loss with a slight maintenance routine.

I don’t think anyone can answer your question for certain. Starting at your age certainly won’t hurt. You have already had impressive gains and seem hyper-organized. You have nothing to worry about. Continue doing what you’re doing until your gains slow, then adapt. Since you seem so together, my only warning is to make sure you don’t get ahead of yourself and over-do-it. That’s the only hazard I can see. Other than that, you’ve done great so far, keep it up! :D

Thanks for the replies! I read almost every article on cementing on this forum and pegym, and I got a good idea on the debate on whether cementing is a myth or not. Ok, I’m satisfied!

How will I know if I’m overdoing it? Just by my PI’s? Or will it be if my gains really start to slow down?

You just have to listen to your penis. That means that even if you are witnessing great expansion during the exercise, it could also be too much. It’s sort of like the feeling that there’s too much pressure in your penis.

Erection quality is usually a good indicator if you are over doing it. If your gains start too slow down, that isn’t an indicator that you are over doing it. It may just be an indicator that your penis has become accustomed to the exercises. At this point increasing the time or frequency of PE may work, but be sure to step it up GRADUALLY. But what also works is mixing it up, the exercises themselves, on off days - to keep your penis guessing.

Like I said, we are not talking exact science here, you need to experiment and see what works best for YOU, because everybody is different. It may be a good idea to keep a log, so you can analyze your PE.

Regarding cementing, I think that once you get some significant gains, and continue doing even bare minimum PE you will keep 75-80% of what you’ve worked for.

I took quite a bit of time off and then was ill and couldn’t get back to my routine for over 6 months, and then began doing different exercises to experiment and hopefully get more length and found that I’d lost about 1/4 inch of length, much to my disappointment.

Now that I’m returning to proven techniques I will settle back into my daily routine and get what I lost and more, which is what PE is all about!

Hey dude nice gains I’m also 19 and I’m impressed with the amount of time and the routine to reach 0.5 inch in only 2 months, I mean I had the same gains in more less the time but I’ve been wearing an extender for 4 hours along with the PE newbie routine, but good luck and good gains.

Honestly, I think it was only lig stretch gains. In December I bought some golf weights (1lb total) and also wore them maybe 3 hours a day. They gave me a slight gain in flaccid length, but I feel that flaccid length fluctuates too much for any conclusions to be made about effective lengthening procedures/routines.
