Hi, I just signed up today, thought I would give this PE thing a shot.

I will start the Newbie Routine tomorrow, but I would like to ask if anyone has modified it for better results. Also, I am on my third week of NoFap (I know I know, hold the memes) and I am wondering if it will affect my results.

My Stats:

NBPEL:15cm
BPEL:17cm

Can’t measure girth at the moment, don’t have a measuring tape.

Every guy responds to PE differently. What works for one may not work for another.

Modification, or more precisely, optimization, comes after you start the program. One of the benefits of the newbie program is that it helps you to better understand how your penis responds to the exercises. You then can begin to optimize as you find that for you, this activity may be better than another one.

To measure girth a tailer’s tape is helpful. If you don’t have a tailers tape, you can use a string, cord or even a strip of paper. Wrap it around your penis and mark the spot where the string overlaps, then measure it with your ruler.


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.
