Hey everyone. Thought I would introduce myself to the forum.

I have some experience with penis enhancement from years ago, but it was all very limited, very short-term, and nothing consistent. I wasn’t in a great headspace about my penis size and life in general at the time and have since been working diligently on addressing and correcting my psychology.

But I’m ready to give PE another go! It’s such a motivating thing when I imagine having a bigger and better dick to use in the bedroom. I’m seeking to add more and better sex to my lonely life. Hence the name Sexcellence.

Last time I measured myself I was 6x4.25. I’ve been humiliated by a girl I knew when she called me needledick during a party years ago. She’d never seen me or anything but I’d been with her best friend in the past and girls talk! I took it all in stride of course, but the insult rang true. I don’t have much in the girth department.

I’d like to change all that and that is why I’m here!

My main goal is to increase my girth since that’s my weak point. A length increase would be ideal as well.

Like I said, I messed around with PE in the past, but this time I’m dedicated and committed. I’m going to do my due diligence and learn and practice and learn and practice and so on. For however long it takes, for the rest of my life until I’m satisfied.

My size goal is to reach 7+x5+.

I started at a similar size as you but smaller (6 x 4). I’ve made some decent gains for a skinny guy (currently around 6 ¾” x 4 ⅜”) but I also wasted a lot of time overworking in the process.

Focus on the positive when thinking of your goal and not what you feel you are currently lacking as desperation and PE usually equals injury. I know how a negative comment like that can feel and speak from experience.

Take things nice and slow and you should do well.

When I first started PE a long time ago I was in a similar situation with girth. I think the best way to gain girth is with pumping, it’s nearly as fast as clamping but doesn’t have anywhere near the risk profile and it’s also a lot easier to do regularly.

The best routine I’ve found so far for girth is 20 minutes at 5 inHg every other day. You’ll want to get a cylinder that has an inner circumference that is in excess your goal girth. I would get the 12” length tubes, since your goals will almost certainly become more ambitious as you begin to gain. And while there are disadvantages to having extra unused space in a tube when using a hand pump (it requires more hand pumping), if you use a modified aquarium pump to maintain the vacuum pressure the extra space isn’t something you need to take into consideration.

It doesn’t seem to be everyone’s experience that girth is easy to gain, but I’ve found it to be much easier than gaining length.

Welcome and good luck with your journey. As long as you are consistent and do try too much too fast, you should be fine.

I’ve never focused on gaining girth or length. Worked on both as I saw fit. So yes, it is possible to gain in both departments simultaneously.

One thing to remember is it’s more about the journey (doing the exercises) than the destination (seeing gains). Keep you focus in the right areas.

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn’t have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to do your exercise.

After a few months of conditioning, look into pumping. I gained over an inch in girth using a fairly aggressive pumping regemin, although it took over four years of consistent pumping twice a day for 20 minutes each.

Don’t forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.
