Hello To All . Guidance Needed

Hello everyone. Simply stated, I am in need of enlargement. I am 20 years old and I am about 4.5” erect, sometimes 5”. I really want to gain like 2 more inches, and girth of course. It embarrasses me to say that but the start of a new year prompts me to do this.

I really want to order pills (am I too young for pills?) but I don’t know whats in my best interest. I’m currently on Mynocycline (acne medication). Hopefully herbal PE pills won’t interfere with that. I’m looking for something in the $50 price range. Has to be safe and effective, no dangerous side effects.

So, I ask anyone and everyone at this site, what are your recommendations for pills? Your help is appreciated greatly.

My recommendation is to save your money. Pills will NOT make your dick bigger.

I agree. The pill vendors are just playing upon your fears and insecurities to sell stuff that doesn’t work. Nothing permanent is gained.
