Hello, this is my report of my first day doing P.E.

1- The process of getting a cloth and putting hot water in it is a pain in the ass.
2- I’m using vaseline as lube, can someone please tell me how do I remove vaseline after I finished the workout? I feel it doesnt come off, even with water and soap.
3- The stretches was nice, I thought it would hurt a lot by watching the videos, but it was ok, no problem. Question: the stretches are suposed to be made with flaccid, right? Thats what I did.
4- The jelq feeling was great, I liked it. However sometimes I had to breath and think about weird stuff to not get erection at 100%.
5- I have a very protuding particular vein in my penis, will it be a problem if I keep doing the jelqs? Will I get something like a trombosis vein?

Well, I liked it, I was careful and I did everything real nice and slow to not hurt myself since I’m just beggining. Think I will have to change my lube cause vaseline is being a real mess for me.
I haven’t measured my BPEL yet tho.

Another question: after I finish my workout, shouldn’t I be using an extender with a light weight like 0.5-1 lbs to make my penis go through the day in an extended state and heal it that way?

Use coconut oil for lube. When you’re done with your routine, you’re done. No need for an extender or devices after.

Make sure you’re not erect while doing jelqs.

Slow and steady is the way to go. Use constant heat.

But do you have any tips on how to have constant heat? I bring with me some hot water and I spill it in my cloth and then warm up my penis for 5 minutes. However, at the end of the session the water is already cold so how can I warm up my penis at the end of the session?

Use a forced air space heater or an electric heating pad.

I use a glycerin lube for pumping since it’s easy to clean up and you can dissolve things into it. It doesn’t have as good of properties as coconut oil, but it’s way better than vaseline. Vaseline is terrible for pumping for multiple reasons, it degrades o rings, doesn’t reduce friction well, and is potentially toxic if it enters the skin.

Sigmoid’s hygienic carrier lube

I use an electric heating pad wrapped around the tube, so I don’t need to do warm ups. You need to check the temp it reaches initially with a meat thermometer between the tube and heating pad to see that it’s not reaching unsafe temps.

I don’t do jelqing, clamping, or use high force stretching. I use a .5lb. light weight hanger for multiple hours at a time.

I’m interested in using a hanger all day with light weight or an ADS (Which is almost the same as a hanger right?) but I can’t find a cheap one, the phallosan is so expensive. What do you use?
