A Kegel is simply a BC muscle contraction. Some people in the past have reffered to a kegel for a guy as a PC muscle contraction but we more accuratly believe here today that it is really the BC muscle being worked. It could be both male genital muscles. There’s even a genital muscle called the IC muscle but I don’t think you need to worry right now about working that.
So now that I gave you a quick anatomy penis muscle anatomy lesson you will understand more of what you are doing when you are kegeling which should help you diagnose and know when to kegel and how much to kegel. Now let me simply explain how to do a kegel for you…
How To Do A Kegel1. Contract your flaccid penis using your BC muscle which is attached to the inner penis you have located inside your body. You should feel a quick smooth internal kind of muscle flex inside your body at the base of the penis where the pubes begin, that is the tugback feeling some talk about here.
2. Now simply release the contraction you are holding of your penis by relaxing and letting go of holding the contraction of your BC muscle of your penis. When you do this you should feel your penis release back outwards into normal relaxed position flaccidly.
If you still don’t get it then when you go to the bathroom next time to take a piss in the toilet remember to try and stop the flow of urine and hold that flow from going again. Then release the stoping of the flow of piss and that my friend is a kegel.
You could spend time doing whenever you take a piss but don’t waste your time. Instead do about a 100-200 kegels to start off with until you start to get a little sore at the base of your dick like I described above. Then rest for about a day and repeat the process. Soon you will need to go up in the number of kegels you do as you train your genital muscle(s) with kegels.
There is actually more to say about the kegel but you don’t need to know about that advanced stuff right now. Take it easy and have fun with this. They are by far the easiest form of PE to do.
