Clamping/Masterbation for 10 - 20 min in Morning.
Long Hot shower
100 - 200 wet jelqs if possible
out of shower and swing side to side, Kinda like doing a hulla hoop or somethin, trying to trim waist.
Later in the day:
Stretch
20 min traction with very high tension
5min break - try to do a fowfer during
5-10 min to put on traction device (yes it takes that long, arrgh!)
Repeat.
Night:
Clamping/Masterbation for 10 - 20 min, 1 or 2 times
