I am new here and need to add some inches to my penis
I tried jelqing but it didn’t worked for me , can anyone please help me out , my gf left me because of my size . :(

Don’t worry this is a place where are you can get all the information you need. Plenty of experienced people (I’m not one of them I’m like you new to this but I have seen a lot of improvement in size. I used to be very small and worried about it. Things are getting better. Hang in there and enjoy this forum tons of videos and pictures explaining everything. If you have any questions ask people that have been here for A while they can inform you and they will not steer you wrong. It’s a safe place.

But main reason is for size I guess , let it be but I want to increase my penis size

I jelqed nearly 200 reps 4 times week with 3 days off
No I didn’t , you can tell me any other routine
Yeah one stroke was about 3 sec

Jelqing is not the best exercise to get gains.

Start with low weight vacuum hanging with heat.

If you don’t want to buy equipment you should learn to master manual stretching. Read about the V-grip and practise.

This may be your opinion on jelqing but it is not based on the facts. Over time many many men have had gains from jelqing. And also from stretching.

The newbie routine combines heat and manual exercises (jelq, stretching) and has shown to be a great introduction to PE for a large number of men. Many benefits are derived from this routine in addition to gaining size. Manual exercises condition the penis so you can increase the time spent on the routine, and after newbie gains have plateaued, have prepared your penis to transition to more complex activities like hanging or pumping.

This process also helps one to get more attuned to their penis so they can understand the feedback of their penis as it is introduced to new stressful activities, which ultimately will result in less injury, less downtime and better gains.

Those new to PE do not need to spending any money for PE equipment, nor do we recommend it. Spend your time on manual activities, learn how your penis responds, and become more informed on the different PE techniques so that you can make better decisions on which path for PE you follow.

Screw her dude. You can’t satisfied these thottys these days. These skanks want superman to be gliding right outside the window in a red cape and at the same time own a hedge fund worth half of a wealthy country.

Focus on your own self image and dont let it bother you so much. PE takes years to master to find out what works best for you.

No , no stretching after jelqing
Wet jelqs were used

With jelqing I gained about half an inch in the first 6 to 9 months. Gains are slow but you still get them. After 1 year of manual exercises, I got equipment to help me break my plateau.

One was the Penimaster Pro Penis Extender, and the other was the MityVac pump.

DO NOT GET THE BATHMATE. You need a pump with a gauge. It also sucks your balls in, and my balls from what women have told me are kinda big.

Anywho, for a penis extender either get the Phallosan Forte or Penimaster Pro. It is backed by research in just a couple of months, you can gain 1 to 2 cm with the right penis extender. I started using the Penimaster Pro about 2 months ago, and it is a little longer in the Bone Pressed Flaccid Stretched Length and also Erection Length.

When you measure, you wanna measure to the T. I gained about 1/16 of an inch with the Penimaster Pro so far (apprx. 2 months). Everyone’s gains will be different in their seasons.

You gotta see this 5 or 10 years from now.
