Help with PE weights!!

I have searched and searched on how to wrap so you can hang PE weights, I’m just trying to find what should I use to wrap and how do I wrap to keep them from falling off while in public any advice will help thanks.

How should I use the Monty PE Weights?

I use a fabric head band I cut in half and Velcro cable organiser around the headband to keep it snugly on there. If you do it right there is no circulation problems. I can wear it like this for hours on end. Gotta love these PE weights. Also put plenty of baby powder on your penis before putting on the weights. It will help reduce friction and pinching.
