When my girlfriend and I started having sex 6 months ago, I could go for hours. My longest session was 4 hours before I got tired and frustrated and had to stop( I couldn’t get off and I couldn’t get her off, but it was alot of fun still). I got past the non-ejaculation thing and could go for hours then cum when I wanted to(simply a matter of conditioning myself).

My problem is, lately I’ve been noticing my erections are no where near what they should be. In those long sessions, I would be 80-90% erect for the majority of the time, then need a minor break, then be back up there hittin’ hard. Now I’m lucky to hold a 70% for more than 10-20 minutes before I get limp.

And on top of this, my time has gone WAY down(I think I read somewhere that premature is related to a weak erection, not sure). Maybe the excitement and newness of your relationship has worn off a bit. Are you PE’ing actively now and perhaps wearing out your dick prior to having sex with your GF? Just some thoughts. Look at changes in your life patterns to see what else might be affecting you.

I haven’t been PE’ing actively, no. As far as life changes, I quit drinking, I smoke occasionally(but never more than a cigarette a day). My schedule is crazy…typical day for me used to be wake up at 10-12 and hang out. Now it’s wake up at 5, work 6-12, come home and change, drive 40 miles to physical therapy then drive back. Eat. Then class 6:30 to 9:30 at night.

Maybe I’m tired? Maybe I need to start PE’ing actively?

I think you got it in one. You’re tired. With that schedule you must be exhausted.

I also agree, and with a too heavy schedule there is not much time for full-blown PE activities either. Except for kegels, which I found to be very effective for erection quality and I’m not alone finding that. I don’t know what you mean by doing PE passively but kegels is as close as it gets, invisible, possible to do anywhere when stationary.

I think my deal was, I wasn’t used to the feeling you have from a pussy, especially with a condom on.

Years of masturbating and I was used to what I did and the way that contact felt. I’m not saying pussy doesn’t feel good, it feels great, but with a condom on I 1) couldn’t feel much and 2) wasn’t used to what I was feeling.

Kegels works wonders. It takes a lot of them, though. If you are reasonably determined, you will see results within a month. Good thing is they become easier to do the more you get used to it. On a more positive note, I took a nap today then went to my girlfriends place. Went for MUCH longer, but still not like it use to be.
