Hey all,

This is a great site, I found it a few weeks ago and have read a lot. Great resource. I ended up sending back the ProSolution scam pills without opening them because of this forum.

I’m kinda of a newbie, I read about penis exercises like 3 years ago and have done some on and off. The Jelq I have always liked and done on a somewhat regular basis, it actually feels healthy to push blood through the corpora carverosa. Think it got me a little too thick though, almost 7” in the middle.

I’ve been doing stretching exercises for the last few weeks after checking out the videos. Basically my routine is some simple streches in all directions, a few full 360 rotation stretches (clockwise and counterclockwise) and V streches (regular and inverted). I’m adding the BTC stretch to my routine but I think that’s it. I do not feel too comfortable with non-manual streches and want to keep it all manual and natural. I do them about 5 days a week.

Would be great to get some advice about a manual stretch program because I’m kinda doing it without any set workouts, just some exercises whenever I have some time at night. I want to gain 1-1.5 inches in length but no more than that. I still do some Jelqs almost every night but try to keep it under control.

Welcome, 7” In the middle is huge,no need to work on girth. Good idea with the stretches. Whats your current length?

Keep changing it up. Many here believe variety is a key to consistent gains. Maybe focus one one type of stretch one day then another type the next day. Get it? So you don’t do the same stretch two days in a row. Also do you warm up?

Hydro. Don’t stretch to hard. I mean do not use a to tight of grip on your self. When I started stretching I was squeezing to hard and got some bruising and blood spots. Just squeeze tight enough to get a good stretch.

Now I just jelq mainly.

Thanks for the responses, I been busy but got around to them.

I’m already quite long, around 8”, sometimes less sometimes more depending on the day. But you know how the male ego is, it’s never enough, especially after some of the girls I been with.

I don’t do hot wraps or towels however I do try to take a hot shower before I do PE or I keep it warm and heated through clothing & padding. I tried the hot towels and simply do not see the point of all the mess, if anything, the water ends up cooling off before I dry the penis and cause the opposite effect. I think a small cheap heating pad would make the best sense, once I get around to it.

I noticed most of you guys are very into weighs, clamps, etc. Does anyone here do only manual stretches? They seem pretty basic and there are only about 4-5 of them. If time is of the essense, are the simple directional stretches sufficient enough to at least get an adequate workout?

A big majority of everyone still does manual stretches because it simply works well.

Clamps = Very weird looking penises. imo.

It isn’t a *gay* thing Hydroblunt, but rather a weird ailment that afflicts us here in the world of PE. It’s called “dick obsessed”. Given your starting stats you probably have a little bit of immunity from this condition, but it *is* known to afflict men of all sizes. I’d add some jelqing to your routine and some hot wraps, mainly because I think that working the penis in different directions helps prevent the penis putting up a defense to growth.
