I can see that you are new like me, regardless of your goals you should start whit the newbie routine that goes at follows:
The Newbie Routine
5 minutes hot wrap
5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
5 minutes hot wrap
50 kegels of five second holds each
Schedule:2 days ON / 1 day REST.
Notes
Gradually increase to 10 min total of stretches and 30 min of jelqing over about 6 weeks time.

1. Which exercise is most effective for more penis length? Weight hanging seems to be the one but its only for experienced people
2. And how many days a week should you exercise your penis? For starters 2 days ON 1 day OFF is more than optimal, after the newbie routine most routines fall in to the 5 days ON 2 days OFF range, I’ve never seen a routine that recommends more than 5 workout days in a row.
3. And is it true that jelqing only increases penis girth? A newbie will see girth gains whit only the newbie routine, after that you might like to try a routine that includes V-jelqs which are focus in girth gains.
