Hi, I'm new . some simple questions
Probably stupid questions, I read a lot of the guide at the top and it answered most, but here is some:
When measuring, um .. Where is the pubic bone? Is it the hip bone? Probably a very stupid question but I really don’t know. :(
How often should I measure .. Once every week? And is there a good place to type in gains or whatever?
Finally, just anyone with some general advice. Thanks, I hope to stick to it.
