Hi, I’m very new to Thunders and i have a few questions to ask the more advanced members.

1.) what is Kegel workout?
2.) what is NBP stand for?
3.) what is DLD blasters?

If you can answer these questions for me and the other newbies i will be very thankful.

NBP - non-bon pressed when you measure the length of your penis

DLD blasters is a combination of PE exercises

Also kegels are a workout where you contract the PC/BC muscle. It’s that muscle that helps you stop the flow of urine, and you work it out by doing different combinations of contractions for a desired number of reps.

I’ll have to second sparky91’s advice. The search feature on this site will give you an incredible amount of information. Chances are almost any questions you may have as a newbie have been asked and answered before so it would really be a huge help (it was for me!).

The best advice I can give you is read everything you can

about PE. Then start off with the Newbie routine and go slow.

So, is it more adventagous to do Kegels after the PE excersises or anytime during the day?

Anytime, day or night

Before, during, or after PE.

Thank you all for the respond, but I still dont get the meaning of kegel after I read the definition. Do I just press down at the base of my penis where it stop me from peeing and just keep pressing it? Is that Kegels workout?

A kegel is an “inside” exercise, no hands. Basically you will be working the same muscles that stop the flow of urine. You can get the feel of what you want to do by urinating and flexing those muscles to stop it. Once you have the feel of it, you can do these wonderful exercises whenever you like.

Dr. Kegel’s exercise, now just called Kegels, is a muscle exercise. You contract the muscle, hold for a few seconds, release and repeat. Try doing 50 or 100 repetitions the first time and work up to about 300 every other day. It’s the muscle you use to “bounce” your dick when it’s erect, it’s the muscle that spurts your ejaculate out when you orgasm, it’s the muscle that gets that last bit of urine out of the urethra after you empty your bladder.

do you do Kegels on just the days you do PE excersises? or best to do on day off?

some people have said hold a Kegel for 5 seconds, some say 10 seconds, ehich is best?

So on a kegel workout, basically you just have to get your penis fully erected and raise it up and down? Is that how you explain Kegel workout? I dont understand the meaning of contracting.

And you don’t have to be erect either. Just squeeze (contract) the muscle and hold it for a few seconds.

I think i am getting what a kegel workout is. Just to make sure, in a kegel you do not use hands correct? and does your anus feel like its contracting as well? Because when i try to contract my PC muscle, it feels like my anus is closing up as well, is this normal?
