Hit A Brick Wall
Well guys I’ve been PE a long time and made some gains In my time, I got up to 7.5 BPEL and got stuck at that size so for first time decided to do compression hanging , been doing it 6.5mths now and hanging 23.8lbs 1hr a day every day.
In that time I’ve gained nothing but seems my septum is as strong as shit.
What’s next, do I carry on and do crazy weights? Or do I look at ultrasound? Or other options
I also do bundle stretches for 1 to 2hrs a day before and after hanging, unfortunately 1hr hanging is max time I can do
Any help from those hitting a brick wall appreciated
