Homemade stretcher + jelq

Homemade stretcher + jelq

Hello everyone,

is it possible to substitute manual stretching in the newbie routine with traction device as a homemade stretcher? Honestly I find manual stretching very boring and time consuming, while instead I really love jelquing because it is pleasurable and seems to be more effective as my penis becomes engorged and gives me the sensation that something is happening there. Furthermore I think that the exertment given by a traction device is more prolonged and intense, and could be applied while doing some other activities, for example reading, watching tv, etc…

If so, which is the good starting level of load (force applied) and time in using this device? Commercial devices do come with a gauged bar in which each mark corresponds to a specific weight load (grams or lbs) and specific routines on how to use it but what about a homemade stretcher? Is there a thread where I can find the correspondence between screw position and force applied? In other words is there a specific routine regarding the use of this kind of device? And which is the best time in days on to wear it? Right before jelquing as if it were a classic manual stretching or at different time?

Id say using a extender is ok as a substitute for manual stretches. I personally can’t do manual stretches because they make my hands cramp really bad.

I’m not sure as far as how to gauge the force applied while using a homemade extender but I’m positive if you spent some time looking through the forum that you will find something that will help you.

Also should you decide to want to buy a commercial device, EBay is a great place to find them at a lower price.

BigZ, thanks for your reply, I have the same problem with manual stretching as my hands get cramps and often it happens to me that I feel a pain similar to electrical shock, same kind as when you hurt your elbow against a corner. I’ll give a look on ebay, altough I already did and couldn’t find any stretching device, but probably I didn’t the right word search.

Use a cheap fish scale to pull out and see what tension you have before you adjust the screws. Gives you a decent idea of the load.

Taped onto the dashboard of a car at a junkyard, I once found the following: "Good judgement comes from experience. Experience comes from bad judgement." The car was crashed.

Primary goal: To have an EQ above average (i.e. streetsmart, compassionate about life and happy) Secondary goal: to make an anagram of my signature denoting how I feel about my gains

Thanks Mgus, do you mean a dynamometer, the kind of scale where you hang fish or whatever you want to measure?

Yep. They come in cheap key-ring models too. Just hook up, pull out to desired load and adjust screws until you’ve replaced the load from the scale with the adjustment screws.

I said YES, I even think that newbies can use a stretcher (such as VacXtender) for ADS and replacing the grip for manual stretching. It gives a good stretch, and you don’t need to think about the grip problems, as long as you use it properly, injuries can be avoided.
