There is a kegeling exercise you can do. You place a weight over your dick and kegel to keep it up.
I don’t mean a metal weight: I use a my microwaveable heat pad. It is soft and fuzzy and weighs about a pound or so. It’s enough weight to weigh my erection down. Then I kegel trying to move it back up. I alternate with rapid sets of ten and flex and hold (for 20-30 seconds) kegels. Then, after a few minutes of this, weight begins to sag as my erection fails. Then I’m back in the jelq zone.
If it gets too hard again I repeat this. It has the added benefit of greater erection strength.
