Just a thought..

I have an absolutely horrible ligament history(torn ACL in shoulder and knee, torn and stretched ligs in hands, etc.) just wondered you guys’ thoughts on if that would affect growth due to stretching(due to weak/easily stretched ligaments). Had to throw that one out there.

You might gain more quickly than average if you have stretched ligs in your hands although I worry that you might be more prone to trauma do to collagen tearing in your penis. Use a lot of heat and caution.

It might all depend on how exactly you caused these previous lig tears. What sort of activity brought about these injuries?

PE is supposed to be approached cautiously at all times. Even the most seasoned veteran knows that moderation is the rule - always. Guys who end up on the injured list almost always stepped outside of the safe zone, or ignored clear warning signs that they needed to lighten up or take a break.

mostly from sports, but my right shoulder gets so stretched out sometimes that it dislocates in my sleep. everything will be done lightly at first, plus its not like PE is an impact sport lol, just wondering if i would progress more quickly/slower.

You need to listen to your body and take things slow. Always increase forces gradually with enough time in between new forces so that you can judge how you respond.

The Cap’n is right here - if you stretched your ligaments from having other guys pile up on top of you in combination with great deceleration (as in football) it can account for the havoc on your ligs, and have no bearing on your PE efforts.

On the other hand, if you tore ligs in your hands from playing chess, I’d be proceed very cautiously.
