Horse 440

Hey, so I’ve been doing this for a while now, started horse 440 but always get red dots, I don’t from clamping. It’s like my Johnson isn’t a fan of that pressure. Should I stop?

Tiny pin prick dots are OK. As long as they clear up quickly.

You can reduce problems by attaching the lower grip loosely high up the penis and pushing it down to the base before turning it into a tourniquet grip. The aim is to flatten the vessels in the skin and thereby put them under less pressure.

It’s an exercise to be careful with though. Generally speaking you should build up the pressure slowly and back off if it seems too much. It’s not a newbie exercise, you need to have built up resilience with jelqing for some months.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I think it may be technique over conditioning as I’ve been at it for a few months now. I’m spewing as I feel like it’s a step back when it happens.
