I feel like I must give you a warning: People constantly drown in hot tubs. There has been a constant problem of people drowning in their own hot tub, sauna, or jacuzzi!!
It happens when:
—-People relax too much and fall asleep in the water and drown,
—-They have low blood pressure and getting in hot water makes it drop even lower and they lose consciousness
—- They lose many of their electrolytes and water and forget to rehydrate. You must rehydrate if your are in it for more than 15 minutes.
The best for re-hydrating the body is Sweet Coconut Water. Sweet Coconut water has plenty of sodium, magnesium, and potassium that your blood system needs to keep sending the electricity to your muscles so you won’t get weak or light headed.

There is also Gatorade or Powerade but they are just sugar water and fake coloring tints and just two electrolytes thrown in. Never even close to the health benefits and taste of sweet coconut water.
