It is common? I want to visit a urologist because before my penis was normal.

You said that before your penis was normal. What has changed between now and then? Any dietary changes, do you drink more alcohol, any emotional disturbances or physical illnesses?
The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.
I think it’s just the skin that is tight, I’ve had that a few times, but it was only temporary, like when I’m cold or just been working out a lot or maybe your stressed, when I’m relaxed and warm, it’s back to normal.
Do you do warmups before PE? I feel that is important in how your flacid will appear later.
I don’t think it’s anything to worry about, and might go away with more PE as the skin might expand as the penis gets bigger.

I have had that happen also. Just squeeze your unit a few times to let the blood circulate and it should go back to normal.
I used to get like that after swimming in cold water.
Well guys, I did PE during summer 2009 for 1month (10min warmup+10min stretching+10min jelquing), 3 times at week.
Then, I had to stop beacause I had no time for that because I’m a professional athlete, so I was always tired and fickled.
I have this problem every day, often! Not just during a cold day, but of course, it’s accentuated in cold water or during cold days.
I haven’t changed my life style.
I don’t know what happen to my penis! Before, my flaccid penis was soft, and ticker, and without this hourglass shape like in the picture

Absolutely not. I have no problem during erection. It’s just during flaccid state.but believe me! I feel embarassed every time in the locker room or in front of my girlfriend.
I just would like someone who tell me how “fix” my penis :(

Do you suggest to take just one of the products you told me, or at the same time vit E and arginine and hawthorn?

When I get a cold shower, or when I go to the sea or in a swimming pool, it’s more accentuated.
But, don’t you have any more this problem?
