How Age Influences The Effects Of PE?

Like, the title says by itself, if I’m older like 40’s I will take longer to have effects in PE than if I would 18 years old or even 14?

I started mid thirties and grew really well in my 40’s.

Thank you, it’s age related but it was not what I had in mind when I did my question :/

In my vision in your thread there is more psychological than physiological reports

I was looking for explaining about if I’m going to have better results if I’m younger

I don’t think being younger has any advantages. You may have more, as you can better carve out time to PE.

From my perspective as a 76 yo guy, PE seems to be less productive as you age. My guess is that your cells are less playable. It took me close to five years to gain about an inch in girth and length.

An 18 yo probably still has some effective pubescent growth harmonies lurking which may increase the effectiveness of PE

Just my 2 cents:

I think that you’d still have pretty much the same “newbe gains” as any other age. I’m basing that on my belief that a substantial portion of those gains aren’t increase in tissue mass, but stretching out of existing tissue.

In terms of genuine mass gains, one’s ability to grow tissue and/or heal diminishes as we age; a 25 year old doesn’t heal as well as a 20 year old. But age is a relative thing and 40s are by no means too old to be physiologically sound enough to gain well.
