How and when to add hanging, traction, pumping?

So I’m new (restarting) to PE with three weeks. My current routine is (beginner) I warm up with a hot rice sock, then two sets of each, basic manual stretches, finish off with 100 Jelqs then warm down, with 3 days on and 1 rest day then repeat. My goals are to add 4” to my erect length, 4” to my flaccid length and 2” erect girth (yea it’s ambitious but they are goals). I would like to include hanging, traction (either with one of or combination of a extender, VLC-X tugger or ADS strap to knee) and pumping into the routine but could use some advice as to when to start including them, frequency/duration of each device used and in which order to use them along with any other useful suggestions. I’ve been reading various threads here but haven’t found something exactly like this so thought to ask. Many Thanks.
