How are you supposed to feel after PE

Is there a certain way you’re supposed to feel after your routine, or does this vary from person to person? I ask this because I’m not sure if I’m doing my routine properly.

I feel different for each exercise.

With hanging I feel soreness in the ligaments, with fulcrum hanging its more a dull ache in the shaft, and sometimes ligament strain, depending how the fulcrum is placed during the session and how I move it


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

After jelqing the shaft is sore and fatigued, and sometimes the skin tears a bit around hairs, and the head feels a little numb occasionally, but the feeling returns after a few minutes of finishing the set.
