How can I get my goal

Hello everyone, my name’s Jianhai Shou. I come from China.

How can I do for this? My penis size is about 12-13cm(maybe more than 13cm BPEL, I think) My target penis size l is about 19.7cm.What should I do? I mean:Can somebody guide for me? I have did some penis exercise since June 23th,2021. But I have no gain.Why? I know I must be so hardworking to achieve my goal.I’M 20 years old now. Is it a so hard goal for me? Can someone introduce some advice for me? Or some newbie routines?Can somebody tell and help me?

I think my erection quality is good in every morning. And should I keep doing any jelqs?I spend a little time on stretches and my training intensity is in about 6-11minutes.I warm up for about 3minutes.Is it so weak for PE? I mean:Is it useless to do some jelqs while my erection quality is so good?(Maybe in 65%-80% or more)

Sorry everyone, my English skill is poor. Maybe it is hard for me to express some detailed contents. Can anyone tell me?

Try warming up for 5 mins at least. I read stretching is the best for getting longer. Jelqing is good too, but maybe for girth/ thicker. I hope this helps! Let’s keep working!

Some keep say to keep warm during practice. I’m still new so I don’t know for sure, but it may be good.

Jianhai,

Get a full erection and stand in front of a mirror. If your erection naturally points upwards, then that means your ligaments are holding some of your penis against your pubic region. Over time, you can lengthen these ligaments to drop your erection angle and expose more of your penis away from the body.

If you have time (10 hours a week), compression hanging at the BTC angle will be the best method to achieve this; otherwise, if you are too busy, you should do manual BTC stretching.

If your erection is already parallel to the floor while standing, then you will need to literally stretch the tunica (flesh) of your penis. This takes much longer than stretching out the ligaments anchoring the penis to the body.

There are plenty of people on here. There’s also a metric shit tonne of info contained in these pages. Have a good look through the newbie threads, watch the videos, use the search function to look up things you want to investigate further. But for gods sake stop posting every 6 hours asking for someone to explain everything to you. All the info that you could ever want or need is already here and freely available, you just need to do some research.
