How do I adjust tension on my Jes Extender?

First device I’ve bought since I’ve been doing manual exercises (jelqing, stretching) for over a year now.

How come I can’t change the tension? When I loosen the screw as shown on the DVD nothing moves in regards to the tension notches.

If the Jes is like other extenders the tension is controlled by springs and the screws at the bottom very gradually increase the distance of those from the base. Try unscrewing all the way to see it work and understand it.

Also, if it has a noose be very careful. Monitor your penis closely (the temperature of the glans is a good indicator) and completely release and regain circulation every 20 minutes.
