HOW do you cure Hard Flaccid?

I have suffered with this thing for 2 years now and I haven’t done any good progress in alleviating it.. I have done no PE during this time.

Is/are there any surefire exercises or things to do in order to heal it?

Hard flaccid is caused either by overexertion or psychological issues. You can either stop masturbating (this includes no sex) for a few months and see if that helps, or see a therapist.

So if I happen to decrease stress and anxiety, will this fix the tight muscles and the trigger points in the body automatically?

Well, I wouldn’t say automatically, but it does help.

When I suffered from hard flaccid, it was from extreme edging sessions, but it would go back to normal the next day and was practically useless for the next few. After a while of that, I decided to do /nofap/ and take a semester off school. I’m sure it was mix of the physical and the psychological relief that contributed to me getting better. Now my EQ is almost jelq-tier.

It may or may not work for you, but you can try. And besides there is no reason to not want to reduce stress and anxiety in your life.

Pelvic floor tension is likely the issue. Search for relaxation techniques. I’m not going to post them as there is a wealth of knowledge out there on this topic. Hardflaccid.org is a good place to start.
