How Does This Workout Sound
I don’t have a lot of time to do these since I still live with good ‘ole mum and dad (yes, I know it’s pathetic, but money is rather tight). Am I likely to see any gains if it just to 10 sets of 30 second stretches and some kegels after a shower (so it’s still warm)? I’m also going to start of more intense running schedule, since I heard that just the extra pressure from that could help gains. If not please help me out. I am in dire need, only 5 1/4 over here! Thanks for all your help!
