How long should I take a break to see huge gains again

December 2012 I took a 3 week break from a 5 month PEing journey

Then I started again and added exercises like hanging and size genetics

After a month I had gained 1 cm in length

Now I wanted to ask if another 3 week break is necessary or a one week break is enough

There is nt need to take breaks if you are making gains. Extended breaks are generally used to recover from injury or if you reach a plateau in your gains over a period of several months.

But in order not to even reach a plateau I want to take a break

So how long should this break be

I don’t believe there is a specific answer to this as everyone’s body is different. I would agree that if you are making gains now you shouldn’t take a break.

Long term goal NBP 8x6 - "The Magic stick"

I took 3 weeks off as well and got a 1 cm gain,just do 3 weeks again

What routine were you doing to gain 1cm?
