1 Week Break Has Given Me First Girth Gains. What Next

I decided that I was going to take a small break from PE. My only break in the 6 months that I have been doing it. I have achieved a little length but no girth which was really starting to get to me as I’m very narrow.

A few days after my break I noticed that my penis appeared to look and feel slightly thicker than before when erect. Only very slightly but was definitely a bit girthier, and also feels slightly heavier I think. I’m not sure it is permanent but the increase has stayed for almost a week now.

Has anyone else has this experience before? It is a big deal to me as it’s my first girth gain ever.

Should I rest for longer or start PEing again now? I don’t want to loose this gain!

It really sounds as if your making more of it than what it is, you may have needed the break and the penis thanking you in its only way. I wouldn’t want to lose the gain either :)

What exercises are you doing that got you that girth gain?

It sound like you need to rest because you were doing too much work. Resting gave your tissues time to heal. My advice would be to get back into PE, but you may be one of those that need a bit more rest in your “training”, like 3 day/week for example.

Maybe you need to take rests more often not longer rests

I jelqed for about 5 months, but the month previous to the rest I concentrated with obends and some uli’s occasionally.

Sounds like a good idea. I am going to try 1 on 1 off from now on. Before the break I got into the habit of training 5 on 2 off which I don’t think did any good.

I had my first session since my break today, so it has been about 1 and a half weeks off. I noticed a lot more resistance when I did my obends. Is this a good sign?

I also experienced large red markings towards the end of my session (30 min), just underneath my glan on the skin of my shaft. These faded within 30 mins of finishing my session though so I don’t think they we’re anything to worry about. Any ideas?

I was doing pe for 5 month and took a 2 weeks break no(had not so much time).

Today I start again with my pe.

Maybe my dick needed the break to gain again like a newbie?

If not I hope I did not lose too much gains.

I will measure in a few weeks again

Roid these marks are nothing, and are discussed very thoroughly in this forum. For most people they are a sign of a *decent workout* but for better clarification, just search "red dots"

Thanks for info, it’s just I hadn’t noticed the marking before. They weren’t ‘red dots’ though.

I’ve just bought an IR light that I will be using before during and after sessions to see if that gets me any results. I’m also going to try PEing twice a day 6 days a week.

I took a break two weeks ago for a week, I too had a gain 7.450”-7.50”BPEL

I decided to do this break every eight weeks or so just like I do with my exercise routines. I believe one can over train the penis just like one can over train the rest of the body. Some dudes took off months even as long as a year only to have gains when they returned to PE.

Glad to see you getting girth gains Roid. I didn’t know you were doing 5 on 2 off. Almost every big girth gainer I’ve read about preaches lots of rest.

I’ve been doing my obends with a heat pad, and baby powder. The powder helps with friction and gives a better bend. The heat is awesome and feels really good to.

1 on 1 off is a good routine. Also take two days off from girth work from time to time as well.

I’ve tried 1 on 1 off with no luck. I am in fact going to start a 6 on, 1 off routine and PE twice a day.
A lot of others who have had girth problems have found this method to be effective so what the hell.

How is your girth coming on deadeye?

I would assume that what is happening here is that you were ‘overtraining’ your penis, and that’s why it was not able to expand to its full size whil erect.
