How long after a PE session do you notice your erections coming back?
I started doing PE about a week and a half ago. I’ve been trying for 2 days on 1 day off, with some slight variations. I noticed my erections in general haven’t been as frequent or as hard. But there have been some moments where I get very hard erections and I actually impress myself ever so slightly. To my understanding so far I’m going to take this as I’m going a little too hard, a little too fast. Although it does make sense once you put your penis through a workout it will need some time to recover.
Just hoping I can hear back from some people who may be a little more experienced. At this point I’m thinking Ill try to take a week to a week and a half off and see what happens.
