How long after a PE session do you notice your erections coming back?

I started doing PE about a week and a half ago. I’ve been trying for 2 days on 1 day off, with some slight variations. I noticed my erections in general haven’t been as frequent or as hard. But there have been some moments where I get very hard erections and I actually impress myself ever so slightly. To my understanding so far I’m going to take this as I’m going a little too hard, a little too fast. Although it does make sense once you put your penis through a workout it will need some time to recover.

Just hoping I can hear back from some people who may be a little more experienced. At this point I’m thinking Ill try to take a week to a week and a half off and see what happens.

Back off of your intensity when you resume. Make sure you edge for a bit after your sessions.

As my sessions connected with ejaculation or upcoming sex, so I could say that I regain erection in an hour or a bit more. But I’m still in my twenties, so suppose it helps))


1st) Before knowing PE ----------------- 14.0 cm length (5.51 inch), 11 cm girth (4.33 inch)

2nd) PE-like exercises for 3 months -- 16.0 cm length (6.30 inch), 12 cm girth (4.72 inch)

I gain temporary mega EQ after a session, you’re probably being a “rough” with it, nothing should hurt or feel to uncomfortable.

Girth is of no issue at the moment, one goal at a time!

Use morning erections as a gauge. Ideally you’d want them to occur every morning, though sometimes due to lack of sleep, stress, fatigue and such, you may not get them. If you haven’t been getting morning erections for a few days, then you’re probably overtraining and it’s best to reduce your PE workouts.

You also need to find the sweet spot for your PE routine. This will take some trial and error. Treat it like any other exercise. Example; if it’s your first time doing pushups, you probably will feel really sore the next day and struggle to do even 20 reps, and need more days to recover initially. Eventually, you would be able to do pushups on a daily basis or with minimal rest days.
