How long till first gains

How long till first gains

I know that it is impossible to tell how long it takes to see a certain result through PE as everyone is different and we all gain at different speeds. However, there are those amongst us for whom PE doesn’t work at all. I have been PEing for 6 months now and am yet to see any difference in either length or girth. So my question is, how long should I give it before I say enough is enough and quit. Is there anybody out there who has gone six months with no results and then finally made some gains? I am aware that the key to success in PE is patience, but I am sure whoever first said that didn’t where an uncomfortable ADS 9 hours a day for 5 months and jelq daily for 3 months, with no results.

*pat pat*

I also started PE recently. I told myself to give this PE thing 6 months trial and I have gained!

I know how shitty it felt especially when my 1st month I see no gain when people in the forum within a week already seeing gain!

I stepped back and ask did I do anything wrong that resulted no gain?

I reread the newbie, I meet up with people doing PE and even asked them to show me how they do the jelqing and stretching, after all they have gained from PE. I’m really grateful they showed me how and teached me to do it correctly…

This is my 2nd month and I have gain 1.5cm in length and 0.5cm in girth…
It may not be huge gain, but it’s already motivating enough.

Don’t be discourage, step back and check you did any steps wrongly… ask around, if you know anyone who doing PE, get them to show you how to do since they have gained. It’s always good to have guidance…

Good luck!

Before anyone can help we need to know what you are doing.

If you aren’t getting results, you might want to change the method you are using, or change the intensity of what you are doing.

  • Are you consistent? It must be a daily commitment, I have discovered, if you just do it once or twice a week you might not get results. Slacking off for a month can hinder things. You have to be consistent.
  • Intensity: Consider varying what you are doing: try gripping harder or gripping lighter. If you haven’t had any injuries, then it’s not likely that you are using too much intensity. perhaps you are using too little. Try jelqing with more intensity for a month, and see if anything happens. Then maybe try a month with less intensity, and see what happens.
  • If it isn’t working, try something different! If jelqing just doesn’t work, try a different method: hanging or pumping, for example.

We all have to find what works for us, and sometimes that just takes trying different things out, until you hit upon what works for you. Try something for a month, maybe two, and be consistent so it has a chance of working. If it doesn’t work, it doesn’t work. don’t be afraid to try something else.

If you aren’t seeing some sort of change within two months, I would say move on to something else. Measure accurately so you can be sure. Or vary your technique, maybe you are gripping too hard, or too lighty, and so nothing is happening. You just have to experiment, until you hit upon what works for you.

You can also check out the chatroom. You can apply for a mentor. There are many options. :)
