How many times a day should you clamp?


Start : Lenght 6" Thickness 4.5"

Goal : Lenght 8" Thickness 6"

You should clamp one time a day. You put the clamp, squeeze, take it off, finished. :up:

Actually, :D , 1 hour of good clamping performance per day would give gooood results :thumbs:

There are different ideas about the “max”, I have tried 20 minutes or even more for myself.
Here is the basic rule I would advise: if you feel pain, which is more than just a little:: STOP.
The capacity of your P. will increase in time.

When I do 3x 15-20 min. clamps, it’s about 1 hour total, which has given good gains to me so far. :up:

BUt here’s the other part: I barely can make my dick hurt while clamping. I want to force more- but I just can’t put the sufficient goddamn pressure most of the time.

Being careful is good, but gaining is better. I think: precaution is too overly emphasized most of the time. Just my 200 $.

I think all that matters is this: how much FORCE can one put on his dick, for how long, without hurting himself.
Because I agree with Sir Aristo (:D ) with his theory: gains= pressure x time.

So, I don’t think that a newbie will DEFINITELY hurt himself if he does clamping. Because:

-What is the capacity of his penis right now? Can it bear some pressure?
-What exactly are we talking about when we use the term “clamping”? , how much pressure? For how much time?

I think, anybody, who obeys one basic rule can do clamping if he wants to. Which is: If you feel pain: STOP!
Pressure bearing capacity of the P. increases with time, as one does the workouts.
I’m serious when I say this: I can barely make my dick hurt, using all my force. So my capacity has definitely increased

The sad fact is this: there are a lot of people who never have put enaugh forces on their units, because they are afraid to hurt themselves. Or their units will explode or smthng..

I do 15 min sessions easy now, but I started, and everybody should, with 10 min sets. I’ve left it on for a maximum of 20 minutes. I try to do an average of 30 minutes every day. 60 mins one day, 0 the next, or 60 for two days, 0 for two days. Given me great results.
