IF you do try, remember that adding heat to soften up your penile tissue is extremely important for getting results as well as for preventing injury. Easiest way is to just do your newbie routine in the shower under hot water.
And, don’t overdo it! You’ll gain more, faster if you go slow and steady by following the newbie routine AND always using heat, than if you do a more intense routine without heat. Especially if you get an injury from overdoing it.
