Damn I hope you didnt get that pumping theory from here.
“Pump….. being careful the veins don’t pop.” ???? Really?????
If you meant this as a joke it isn’t funny. If you actually believe this then shame on you. If you found it here somewhere, then shame on us.
Get a pump with a gauge.
Start with no more than -5inHg vacuum pressure for 10 minutes. If this is too much for you, and it is for some guys, reduce vacuum pressure and/or time (example: -3inHg for 5min) until you establish a routine which you can handle.
Try this for a week or so until you get accustomed to it, then increase time and vacuum pressure until you reach -5inHg x 10 min.
When you get accustomed to this try 10min twice daily.
The only value I see in a c ring after pumping is you stay plumper for a little longer time. I’m not convinced it adds to growth. Just my opinion from my experience. Others think it does help, with growth.
Get a heat pad and wrap the cylinder and use heat when pumping. FIR pad is better in my opinion but a regular $20 heat pad works also.
Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG
Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.
Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.
