How much hanging per day

On average how long per day? I founf my average and it is 52 mins. I don’t expect your to be that accurate, but just say how long you usually go for?

I try to hang for a total time of 2 hours = 6 sets of 20 min.

I jelq for about 2 hours as well = 3000 jelqs

Extreme, but very effective.

I hang for 40 minutes now. I use to hang for longer.

I hang for 80 minute hang time(4x 20min sets), 2 hours total time.

I cant really find the time to hang much more, but I always reach fatigue by the second set on.(at 10lbs now, I’ve never went over that weight yet, I used to hang last year then switched to girth work, now I’m back at the length work for about a month or so.)

When I hang I find I need at least 10 hours a week which is usually 2 hours a day of actual hanging time 5 days a week. The longer you hang the better your gaind will be. The big gainers hung for long hours.

Assuming you are hanging to fatigue, about 45mins is all that is necessary (3 15min sets). This is usually all that you will be able to tolerate, it does not become necessary to engage in a marathon (multi-sets/day). Once you become more conditioned you can increase your set times and weight but it is not necessary to exceed 60mins/day, 4-5 times per week.

The goal is to weaken the primary suspensory structures so that they will nolonger resist the elongating erection. You are not trying to somehow deform the visible penis or pemanently stretch it into a longer appendage. People think that they are suppose to stretch the penis out like play-doh and thereby realize a longer penis.

This is not the case. Some people hang intensively for long durations and are not doing any more than the person that hangs for a total of 45mins. Hanging will weaken structures that are presently constricting your maximal erection. We want to expose the inner penis, you have built-in capacity, inorder to expose it you will have to help your erectile circulatory to release more of your inner penis.

Hanging straight down will achieve this, most peoples erections stand-up at 10 or 11 o’clock. Structures preventing the inner penis from elongating are located just above the penis and span out 45deg side to side. Disciplined weakening will allow your new erections to achieve significant lengthening. Hang long, hang tough.

Well considering that manual stretching gets results in much shorter time, one has to wonder how necessary all this extra hanging is. However, many of the big gainers did indeed hang for long periods of time. I’ll really have to push myself though and adjust my schedule to add another hour of hanging each day.(It’s tough hiding and working around the girlfriend though, and I’m just not ready to tell her about PE.)

Doing a little more reading, I have noticed a difference already in NOT using heat for the last half of my hanging routine, I remember now how I used to follow this principle and I’ve already been noticing a +1/4”BPEL after hanging since I did this again.(only yesterday.)

Well, I dont think I will ever be much of a hanger! I use the Captain’s Wench, and am up to 10 pounds, but quite honestly, it hurts like hell. I can barely stand 15 minutes for a set, and doing 8 sets to reach 2 hours of hang time just seems like an awful lot! So, I am just incorporating a little hanging with my stretching and jelqing routines.
