How Often Should One Increase Kegels?
I’ve been running a beginner routine known as JP90 for about 150 days due to the fact I would stay at a certain amount of reps for months until I stopped gaining. I’ve gained some decent size while increasing jelqing reps, but I haven’t increased my kegels yet.
Everytime I gained I would notice my EQ decline over time, then normalize, then repeat after gaining once more. My EQ is never a solid 10. I was thinking about increasing kegels once I manage to work at full jelqing reps that the routine suggests because I do my kegels while stretching.
I believe my PC muscles are well adapted to doing only 100 kegels for 2on/1off by now. Is my EQ not at its maxed potential because of the lack of kegels? Will I benefit even more from increasing kegels now, rather than waiting?
