How regularly do you PE

I’m just wondering, some of you guys say you have been doing PE for years now. I’m just wondering how consistent most of you all are with it. Like I just started and there have been days where I have had to skip (mainly because I have roommates and a gf whom I don’t want any of them finding out, but eventually the gf of course).

So yeah, I’m on my second week and had to skip only about 2 days so far.

I do 2 days on 1 day off, for about two weeks at most, then end up taking about a month off before doing that again. I’ve always been very inconsistent, but when I do PE, I always get great expansion, safely.


Decemeber 2007: 5.8" BPEL x 4.9" MSEG

Current:-------->7.7" BPEL x 5.7" MSEG (7.2" NBPEL)

Current Goal:--->7.6" BPEL X 5.8" MSEG Do or do not, there is no "try".

Hmm sounds good, I might try something along those lines.

I’ve been on-and-off for a couple of years, I’ve grown about an inch in that time. I’m aiming to stick to my routine of 2 days on, one off so that I don’t slip behind again.

pump every morning, then traction for 8 hours.

6 days a week.
