Hey guys,
Just need to know how tight I should make my theraband wrap when I go to bed. I just finished an hour session of hanging and would like to sleep with this wrap on but my head starts to collect allot of blood and gets pretty swollen.
I cannot find a proper proceedure in searches as far as tightness.

It is really not a good idea to leave your little friend unsupervised for any amount of time. Bad things could happen so easily, it isn’t even amusing. I assume you are going to sleep all night long with this on? If you are a deep sleeper like myself bad things can happen even more.
If anyone is out there and has done this successfully, please chime in. If anyone has done this and gone numb or cold throw a few words of real life experience instead of mine.

DO NOT WRAP AND GO TO SLEEP!!! You have enough hours in your waking moments to handle all of your wrapping needs. BETTER SAFE THAN SORRY! Just read Wadzilla’s recent thread on his mishap/injury with wrapping while sleeping.
