How to begin after a long break?

So as the title says, I had a long break for a year now and I don’t know how to start now, should I start the newbie routine and then proceed to hanging? Before my break I was doing 2 hours a day of hanging and 15 minutes of jelqing at the end of the session just to restore bloodflow. Any advice is much appreciated, thank you

Why not go with the newbie to play it safe? You can probably go right to light hanging but I would play it safe

So how long should I stick with newbie routine? Two week, a month?

I would stick with the Newbie Routine for three months.

Maybe you can get some easy Gains.

Can someone please post a link to the the official newbie routine, I just can’t find it when performing a search

How about using an extender instead for a couple of months and jelqing, would that be enough?

My main routine consists of extending, jelqing and clamping.

When I take a break for a month or more I do the newbie routine for about two weeks every day. I actually start the newbie routine slow and when I get back to my real routine I start it slow as well.

I can usually tell when I’m ready to increase the intensity of the exercises by the physiological indicators I get.

Sometimes even starting slow is to much for the first couple of days for me. Everyone is different though.

Just start slow and pay attention to what your dick tells you. But I wouldn’t rush into anything. There is nothing rushed about the process of PE.

My advice is to take it slow and steady coming back since you’re most likely going to be deconditioned. Good news is this means you may get some easy gains as long as you don’t rush! Make sure to apply a hot wrap for warm up and warm down, making sure you’re properly warmed up before you start will do wonders. Also make sure to try to follow a consistent routine. When I got back into PE I used a variation on the newbie routine with a 2-on-1-off schedule, but you may want to start with 1-on-1-off if you’re especially sore the first weak or two.

So i have been doing the newbie routine and it seems like im getting more thickness, which is frustrating cause I want length… should i cut down with jelqing and start hanging?
