How to determine the current safe most efficient jelq reps number

So I’ve bought a penilizer (jelq aid) and am now doing 70 reps per workout. The only thing is I think I could do more but I am not sure whether it’s safe or not.

How could I assess the highest number of jelqs I can do in a session, are there intra workout PIs I can look for ? To me my dick just seems fine when jelquing, I stop because I told myself I would do X number of reps, not because I feel something bad is happening.

I planned ot increase my jelq # by 10 by session by I feel like I might be undertraining at that rate and wasting my time.

Any ideas?

Exactly. I’m on a 5 day on two day off routine. My first of the 5 days is always the least and increases each day to day 5. I don’t have a magic number, just a ‘feel’ that I’ve reached a good number (definite feels are can’t keep a 60% erection, fluid build up, skin irritation). Also, if I’m going to clamp or edge after jelqing, I stop 10 or 20 jelqs early. I have over done it a few times and the next day just sucks because I have to take the day off. Sometimes you won’t know until the next day that you over did it, which is why keeping hieroglyphic or good mental notes is a good thing.

Be present with your routine, don't just glaze over and make it a chore. Change it up at least quarterly - just like a weight workout you need to keep him guessing.

How do you feel when you’re done? Tired? Fatigued? Sore? Not really feeling you did much? Answers t those questions will tell you if you did enough, too much, or the right amount for you.

Hi PhoenixNow, I´m new to PE. I bought the bathmate, but in the forum, people advise to do some jelquing first, about 3 to 6 month before use it. I am going to do what they have advised and I have started with stretching and jelquing, exercising 3 days a week, increasing as I progress.

Now, With the bathmate I received the penilizer as a gift. How has your experience with the penilizer been? Do you have some tips or recommendation about it?

All I can say is, “Quality over quantity.” Sometimes, guys post about doing 500 jelqs in a session, when 10 slow, high-quality jelqs are better. If you’re still doing 70, that would be the top for me. Listen to your body, though.
