How to feel it in the ligaments while stretching uncut?

I have a really low length when flaccid plus a lot of foreskin, so when I’m flaccid you can see the foreskin “fat” / “waves” which means I have a lot of foreskin. I can easily take the foreskin behind the glans but I can not go further with it because of how long the foreskin is and how small the flaccid dick is. What should I do?

Can you get your fingers in there to grip just behind the glans/frenulum? Just your fingertips, doesn’t need to be an OK grip. Then pull lightly and see if it elongates the shaft a bit.

Are you doing any kind of warm up? Heat helps to improve the tissue elasticity and should help. Try stretching while in the shower/bath and see if it makes a difference in getting a better grip.
