How to find time and a place for consistently practising PE?
Hi guys, so I found this forum a couple of weeks back. I thought OK I’m going to do this.. Did a few sessions and was impressed by just how much better things looked just from the extra hang I got when flaccid.
Then I got busy working my construction job and also some sessions at the gym I’d booked with a personal trainer and my jelq sessions stopped there due to just not feeling like doing it I guess.. Kind of tired and the dishes pile up in the sink is usually my indicator that it’s been a busy week.
I’m thinking that this possibility of increasing size is such an important one for me that I really should figure out my plan and method and stick to it! Make it a priority.
Of the times I’ve done it I tried it out as follows;
1. Laid out on the bed after a shower, coconut oil for lube.
2. I have this small home infra red sauna, so tried it in there.. Coconut oil for lube but sauna so hot it just seemed to melt to nothing and also made a bit of an oily mess of sauna.
3. Tried just sitting on the couch watching TV . It was OK, but I sort of kept losing wood and had to get my mind more involved.
Q. How do you guys go about it? Long term guys, what was your plan and how did you stick to it?
