Hi guys.

I’m really happy with my girth, I’m naturally girth-ish plus I gain some girth from my past PE experience.

I really want to focus only on my length. My current BPEL is 15.8cm and my goal is 18+ cm

Can you give me advice or recommend me any workout to focus only on my length. Thanks you a lot!

I don’t know your past experience but I would sayvthe newbie routine should work well to start.

Few years ago I followed a program only with stretching and I gain (I can’t tell how much because I forget, that was 3-4 years ago).

6 months ago I followed full no jelqing program with squeezes and side to sides.

I gain so little on length, about 0.1-0.2 cm in a month.

Maybe you should give a try at hanging.

If you would like to hang comfy you have the vacuum hangers, if you want heavy weights compression hanging.

Heat is key whatever hanging tool you choose, it’s easier with vac hanging and far infrared heat pad. At least it’s passive and you have more room on your shaft to wrap the pad.

You have all the ressources to make an advised choice in the hanging part of the forum.

The biggest gains I get few years ago when I do only stretching. Before workout I masturbate and immediately after that I manually stretched in all direction 3 sets with 30sec hold.
