How to gain length without affecting girth?

I know there is not going to be any absolute answer to this, but I’d like any thoughts on how to gain length without a gain in girth.

I have heard someone say that stretching in flaccid state can sometimes lead to girth gains, ugh.

So what techniques in order seem less likely to increase girth in your opinion?

I have bought a vacuum pump with a 2.25 inch ID tube, that I hope will increase just my length being so narrow.

Any thoughts?

Also, any way to decrease girth? (I know, not likely)

Extend erect and do kegels. Be sure to warm it properly before you do.
Many say this is dangerous so do this at your own risk.

I lost 0.4 inch girth this way and added 0.6 length in a couple of days.

I would also like an answer to this question

My stats are 6.2” BPEL 6.2” Girth (at base, maybe just 6” at best mid shaft and less above).
Flaccid without pressing fat pad is basically just head (why I’m lengthening, though would like longer erect too because of the next measurement).
And non bone pressed erect kinda varies but is between 4-5 inches.

I guess if I lost my fat pad I wouldn’t feel as much need to lengthen, but if I can get an 8 inch penis with my already excellent girth, that would be nice.
I am thinking of bandaging mid shaft and above so that part of me doesn’t grow when pumping in the 2.25 inch tube.


~1997 age 18 I was 4.7" BPEL and somehow grew either because I wasn't done growing and or some PE work to a bit under 6 inches without measuring or noticing progress at the time. Girth has always been about 6 inches but is slowly getting larger 6.2" at widest

Current BPEL after a little work is 6.2" also, Bone pressed stretched flaccid 6.5" Will update with gains.

That’s great, while no certainty it will happen for me, it suggests it might, and quick too.
I don’t really want to lose girth currently, but if I get any girthier then I might very well choose to do that!

It means I can proceed without so much concern of increasing girth.

Were you trying to lose girth? This loss is tragic IMO, I think it grows in a whole. I’ve seen people getting length while on a girth routine.

Also reading threads a “too big” girth would be something over 6.5 inches.

I’d love to have a fat 6 and halfer tube 🤤🤤

I left it as soon as it happened. But it hasnt come back.. my girth wont go under 5.5 it seems, so I might do it anyways now. Im just fixated on length these days because I hit the P spot in my lady sometime and she orgasms so much easier because of it..

Simple. Do very light hanging with weights below 5kg.

My training log offers more details.

I gained 1.8cm of length and 0 girth so far.

However, I would like to gain some girth haha. But I think I may have to focus on girth after achieving most of my length goals.

I would say 2kg. In general, it is between 2-4kg if you hang for 1h. Additionally, use infrared heat or a rice sock etc to heat up while hanging.
With doing this, the stretch is even better.

Agreed. I am in my 6th month of hanging and have just now made it to 2.2kg. Vac hanging with fairly lite weight for long sets.


BPEL: 5.5" --> 7.9" ; BPFSL: ~5.6" --> 8.5"
