Hi guys, how can I get back my morning wood because its was gone long before I start my routine.

Stick to a routine, do it right and you might be surprised.

I just sleep about 4 hours at night due to my sleep problems. But I sleep a lot on the day.

Bundle them up and try to sleep the minimum of 7 hours per night.

Four hours may not be enough to reach the REM phase of sleep. This is the time many will have nocturnal erections.

Anybody knows how to get a better sleep at night because I am really have problems to sleep at night. Please give me a tips or something to solve this problem.

Excercise and proper diet go a long way to a good nights sleep.

Never sleep with an empty stomach but make sure your last meal is at least 3 hours before sleep.

Avoid using your lap top or cell phone etc before sleeping at least for an hour.

Avoid intense coversations before sleeping.

A warm glass of milk or chamomile half an hour before sleeping helps

Make sure you are physically tired every day. Which means exercise.

If these don’t work try some valerian pills. Perfectly harmless and effective.

Aiding to bill's post, avoid loud or “fast” music before you got to bed. Caffeine could mess with your sleep as well, if you do ingest some, make sure to be 6 hours or more, before bed.
